As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 7 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.

ORDER CHANGES
We are happy to make any order changes you wish prior to your purchase being delivered or in the process of being delivered.
To make sure your requests are handled in a timely matter, please contact us by telephone only.
Once an order has been delivered or is in the process of being delivered, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

SUBSTITUTIONS
We make every effort to have in our inventory the products you want. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have all products in all sizes and colors available at all times.
In the event we do not have an item available you have selected, we will substitute the requested item/s with something as similar as possible, unless otherwise instructed. Your instructions to do otherwise can be posted in the "Notes for designer" box displayed on the "View Basket" web page.
